Someone who knows their way around the specification market in Bosnia and Herzegovina to drive sales forward by identifying and establishing new relationships with Architects and Installers centred around the construction industry. Responsibilities You will take ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives. You will establish new and develop existing customer networks with a broad mix of customer types including Architects, Lighting Designers, Installers and Specifiers. You should develop and implement a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans. You understand sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth. You can provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients You will work in close cooperation with internal sales, recognizing sales as teamwork. Support the ongoing development of Zumtobel colleagues through structured mentorship, enhancing collective sales effectiveness and growth. Skills & Experience You should have relevant sales experience in specification business with Specifiers and Installers, ideally in the lighting or similar industry. You have a proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and a strong commercial mind-set. You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do. You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology. You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development. You have a good level of computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce) and full professional proficiency in Bosnian and good English skills.
